"We visited the Texas Roadhouse in Cromwell with our family and overall had a very good experience. The service was fast, the staff was attentive, and the food met the great standard we always expect from Texas Roadhouse. We ordered the onion appetizer to start, and for the main course we had steak with salad, vegetables, and fries — more than enough food. Everything was delicious, especially the bread rolls, which I absolutely love. As a mom of three little ones (three under three 😅), going out to eat is always a challenge. They do provide paper and crayons at the table, which is very helpful while waiting for the food, and that was definitely a plus. The only downside is the tabletop tablets. Even though it’s a small amount, having to pay for kids to play can feel a bit unfriendly for families with young children. Something simple and free to help keep kids occupied during the wait would make a big difference. I also want to highlight that the women’s restroom was impeccably clean, which I truly appreciate. The only small detail is that there were no toilet seat covers available. In the end, I gave my toddler my iPhone while trying not to lose my mind with my twins — the real-life experience of dining out with babies 😄 — but despite that, we still had a great experience and would definitely come back."

"My boyfriend and I had an early Valentines dinner tonight and it turned out to be an even better experience than we expected. We had Alissa H as our waitress and she provided us with great service from start to finish. She was on top of getting our refills, assuring we had everything we needed and brought boxes without us even having to ask. It was a normal busy Friday night yet she was attentive and happy to get whatever we needed. And our dinners were delicious to boot! Honestly the best dining experience I’ve had in a long time! I’m really glad we decided to spend a special occasion at this location!"

"Waitress was slow, served an obviously melted cocktail, and disappeared for long streches of time. It was also obvious she didn't know the menu, asking if we would like to add on to menu items stuff that they already came with it! She couldn't seem to manage keeping the water and sodas full, everyone ran out of drinks midmeal. The food was amazing, well worth it!"
